Pastificio operating since 1889 by Zaffiri family. We produce pasta slow dried at low temperature. Our method is an automated artisanal, thus without losing the quality of our product we can also be cost effective. We have our range of pastas, from traditional to organic, from 100% durum wheat to 100% durum wholewheat, from international to 100% italian wheat. We produce many PL and we have BRC-IFS-Koshe-Organic certificates.
